a lot of people in india are getting these scam letters. the main features are
1. No interviews held.
2. Salaries around 15000 USD per month
3. no website of company, only mail address is given
4. They ask you to arrange work permit
5. I beleive it is all scam
6. Origin is nigeria or ghana

its a scam, i ahve been asked to pay 1400 USD for expenses, when i refused, there was no further response from them
